GET Rotational Engineer:运营管理培训生 运营管理培训生计划(Graduate Engineering Trainee
Rotational

RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Actively participate in all site health, safety,
environment, quality and sustainability activities. 2.Use of statistical
analysis and appropriate business excellence project management processes to
identify areas of significant improvement and develops plans to realize the
benefits 3.Investigate root cause of process failures, develop solutions for
non-conforming products and implement improvement plans. 4.Understand and
improve Manufacturing strategy and input into site development plan based on
current capabilities. 5.Adopt successful ideas from the external world and
designs improved systems to meet business needs. 6.Utilise the integrated asset
management program within the sites lean operating principles, including the
use of Work Management, Tactics, Hydrocarbon Management, Condition Monitoring,
Defect Elimination, Operate for Reliability, Core Competencies and Metrics.
7.Uses data analysis and problem-solving methodologies to maximise plant and
equipment effectiveness to achieve optimum life cycle cost of production
equipment. 8.Generate and utilise charts and graphs to identify and analyze
losses to prioritize opportunities for improvement 9.Optimization of production
schedule working with relevant stakeholders within planning, procurement,
logistics and sourcing. 10.Analysis and improvement of material efficiencies.
11.Deliver key projects to meet a range of business needs which involves
defining requirements, preparing plans, allocating resources and project
implementation in line with project management methods and techniques.
12.Actively participates in continuous improvement projects and Identifies
improvement opportunities to improve plant OEE and rate increases.
REQUIREMENTS: 1.Fresh graduate with a positive attitude – From Bachelor (or
master’s degree) in all engineering discipline (electrical, mechanical,
chemical, aeronautical, civil, industrial, etc.) 2.Maximum one-year experience
3.Exhibit high initiative and leadership in student
organizations/extracurricular activities 4.Proficient in English (universally
understood across other countries) 5.Fluent in own local language 6.High
learning agility and high adaptability 7.Willing to learn & experience
different functions/knowledge. Open & proactive to share and exchange
8.Emotional Quotient (EQ). Healthy / polite challenge of ideas. Confidence
9.Excellent communication skills and inquisitive nature 10.Ability to think on
his/her feet; and to influence and work as part of a team 11.Big picture /
connectedness. Logical thinking. Analytical skills 12.Desire to live the
AkzoNobel values and behaviors and cultural principles. 13.Ability to interact
effectively with customers, community and other AkzoNobel visitors on a regular
