2)Master emergency rescue techniques, including first aid, artificial respiration, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.掌握紧急情况下的救生技术，包括急救、人工呼吸和心肺复苏等。
3)Proficient in using life-saving equipment such as floating boards, lifebuoys, and life jackets to rescue people who are drowning or in danger.熟练使用救生设备，如浮板、救生圈和救生衣等，以救助溺水或陷入危险的人。

3.Emergency rescue capability.紧急救助能力。
1)Familiar with common first aid knowledge and skills, able to quickly assess emergency situations and take appropriate first aid measures.

2)Capable of performing effective chest compressions and artificial respiration with cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills.

7.Follow and conform to the Health Club rules and regulations.
