Operational
	全面落实酒店餐饮部的各项标准。
Ensures that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented.
	团队协作，主动灵活待客，顾客至上，酒店的大局为重。
Work closely with other employees in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
	根据不同的要求，切配各种蔬菜和水果。
Washes, peels, cuts, and seeds vegetables and fruits.
	根据不同的要求，清洗，切配，和绞碎各种肉类，家禽和海鲜。
Cleans, cuts, and grinds meats, poultry, and seafood.
	根据不同的要求，给配菜裹面包屑，面粉和面糊。
Dips food items in crumbs, flour, and batter to bread them.
	根据不同的要求，调制酱料。
Stirs and strains soups and sauces.
	根据不同的要求，确定配料的量。
Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
	为各个炉灶间传递锅，壶，食物。从仓库领取原料并保存好记录。
Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
	在规定地点存放食物。
Stores foods in designated areas.
	打扫工作间，仪器和餐具，隔离并及时转移垃圾。
Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils, segregates and removes garbage.
	为厨师传递所需品，器具和一些轻便的仪器。
