Global Management Trainee – International Social Media Operations
Targeting international students studying in China: Whether you come from Southeast Asia, Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Japan, South Korea, or other regions — as long as you are passionate about finance and economics, familiar with global social media, and wish to start your career in China, we offer you a stage to directly participate in international social media operations.
You will be responsible for:
1. Managing international social media accounts (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Facebook) targeting your home region or global markets
2. Localizing Chinese financial analysis content into images/text, short videos, and investment education materials that suit the habits of native speakers in your language
3. Tracking global and regional financial hot topics, and quickly producing engaging social media content
4. Analyzing data to optimize content strategy, increasing follower engagement and growth
We expect you to have:
1. Current international student or recent graduate from a recognized university in China (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
2. Native speaker of English, Thai, Vietnamese, Spanish, French, Japanese, Korean, etc. (preferred); fluent in Chinese (HSK Level 4 or above)
3. Familiar with at least one major overseas social media platform — experience managing personal or internship accounts is a plus
4. Basic knowledge or strong interest in finance areas such as stocks, funds, US/HK stocks
5. Good sense of online trends — ability to independently write short video scripts or do basic video editing is a plus
