GLB is a world-leading independent (third-party) supplier of domain-controlled e-drive systems for new-energy vehicles. We are also actively extending our in-house solutions and core components into emerging fields such as AI data centers and the power-supply systems of embodied intelligence (robotics).

▍ NEV 新能源汽车   New-Energy Vehicles

我们制造新能源汽车相关产品，从研发到产品核心部件均自研自制；产品以集成电驱系统与电源系统为主，可实现精准动力控制与高效能源管理。

From R&D to core components, everything is developed and made in-house. Our products — mainly integrated e-drive systems and power-supply systems — enable precise power control and efficient energy management.

▍ AI 人工智能 · 具身智能   AI & Embodied Intelligence

我们已将运动控制、能源管理及系统集成的技术经验，拓展应用至 AI 数据中心与具身人工智能领域。

We have extended our expertise in motion control, energy management and system integration into AI data centers and embodied AI (robotics).

R&D and Manufacturing Bases

▍ 上海金桥研发中心   R&D Center, Jinqiao · Shanghai

研发中心坐落于上海浦东新区金桥，使用面积近 10,000 ㎡，实验室超 4,000 ㎡。研发团队由电驱动领域的“千人专家”带领，成员均来自于主机厂和国际一线 T1 供应商，具有多年技术开发经验。创新的永磁电机和电控功率组件设计与工艺，确保驱动系统高效率、高性能、高可靠性、低成本。

Our R&D Center, in Jinqiao, Pudong (Shanghai), spans nearly 10,000 m² with over 4,000 m² of laboratories. The team is led by a national “Thousand Talents” expert in e-drives; members come from OEMs and top-tier international Tier-1 suppliers with years of development experience. Innovative permanent-magnet motor and power-module designs and processes ensure high efficiency, high performance, high reliability and low cost.

▍ 第一制造基地 · 徐州   1st Manufacturing Base · Xuzhou

位于江苏省徐州市。经过持续多年投入，制造工厂已形成覆盖新能源驱动总成及零部件全流程的关键工艺装备能力。

Xuzhou, Jiangsu. After years of investment, the plant now covers the full process chain of NEV drive assemblies and components with key tooling and equipment.

位于浙江省宁波市（余姚）。2025 年 Q3 部分投产，2026 年 Q4 全面投产。

Ningbo / Yuyao, Zhejiang. Partial production began in Q3 2025; full production is scheduled for Q4 2026.

面向 2027 届应届毕业生（2026 年 9 月至 2027 年 8 月毕业），本科及以上学历全职招聘；海外院校毕业生以教育部学历认证为准。

Class-of-2027 graduates (graduating Sep 2026 – Aug 2027) at Bachelor's, Master's or PhD level; overseas degrees recognised by the MOE.

Aug–Sep 2026: online application & campus talks; Sep–Oct: screening, assessments & interviews; Oct–Nov: offers & tripartite agreements; onboarding and training after graduation in 2027. Exact dates follow official announcements.
