*CompileTeammonthlynewsletter
*AssistselectionprocessbysupportRecruiterarrangeinterviews,coordinatethetimewithmanagersandcandidates,dealwithdifferentinterviewrequestbydiversitycustomers,guidecandidatestofilljobapplicationforms,maintaininterviewrecordsheet,sothatmakeinterviewprocesssmoothlyandefficiency.
*Assistinexecutionofpre-hireactivitiesincludingmedicalcheck,background/referencecheckprocess,collectandhandoverpre-onboardingdocumentationsofeachFacilityasneeded.
*Supportteamformaterialscollectionandpreparation
Requirement
*Thepositiontypicallyrequires4-6monthsInternshipperiod,4daysaweek.
*GoodcommunicationskillsinChinese(verbal&written)&English(written)
*GoodKnowledgeofworkingwithweb/computer-basedapplications(MicrosoftOffice)
