Purpose: To learn and apply CI methodology for continuous improvement of EHS, quality, productivity, and cost in assigned areas during a 2-year trainee program with rotations across supply chain, ensuring safe and stable operations to fulfill business needs. Duties: Complete 2-year training assignments and pass final evaluation. Rotate across production lines/functions per business needs. Support managers/senior engineers in maintaining safe/stable production and achieving EHS, quality, schedule, productivity, and cost goals. Support transfer of global silicone technology and new products via NPI/NPT. Implement Capex and improvement projects as operations representative; ensure safe, on-time startup. Develop SOPs and train/qualify operators. Ensure good on-site raw material management, monthly stocktaking, and new material qualification with sourcing. Perform root cause analysis and follow-ups on unplanned events/near misses from EHS/quality/operations perspectives. Drive cycle time reduction, asset capacity increase, and efficiency optimization. Implement Operational Excellence and CI initiatives. Promote safety, quality, and CI culture. Liaise with site teams, global engineering, China process, R&D, supply chain, sourcing, marketing, sales, and customers. Requirements: Master’s in chemistry/chemical engineering. Proactive, ambitious, confident, able to work under pressure. Good written/oral English. Good teamwork and communication skills.
