We are looking for motivated graduates interested in building a long-term career in the coffee industry. Through structured training, mentorship, and cross-functional rotations, you will gain exposure to key areas of our green coffee business, including quality control, trading operations, and supply chain processes, preparing you for future specialist or leadership roles within the company.

岗位职责 | Key Responsibilities
•	参与公司系统化管理培训生轮岗培养项目，在质量管理、贸易、运营及供应链等多个部门轮岗学习，深入了解咖啡生豆从采购、生产到销售的完整价值链，为未来在公司长期发展奠定坚实基础。；
•	协助咖啡样品接收、分类、跟踪、记录及数据整理；
•	学习咖啡贸易流程，包括采购、销售支持、合同执行及客户沟通；
•	协助准备业务报告、贸易文件及相关数据分析；
•	与质量、贸易、物流、运营等部门保持良好沟通与协作；
•	在咖啡产季期间，根据业务需要需前往普洱协助源头采购和生产的相关工作；
•	参与公司培训计划，在导师指导下逐步承担更多职责；
•	完成上级安排的其他工作。
•	Participating in a structured rotational development program across Quality Control, Trading, Operations, and Supply Chain functions, gaining hands-on exposure to the full green coffee value chain and building a strong foundation for future career growth within the company.
•	Assist with coffee sample receiving, organization, tracking, documentation, and data management.
•	Learn green coffee trading processes, including procurement, sales support, contract execution, and customer communication.
•	Support report preparation, trade documentation, and business analysis.
•	Coordinate effectively with Quality, Trading, Logistics, and Operations teams.
•	Travel to Pu'er during coffee seasons to support seasonal cherry, parchment and green purchase and production activity.
•	Participate in structured training and mentorship programs to support professional development.
•	Perform other duties as assigned.

任职要求 | Requirements
•	本科及以上学历，专业不限，应届毕业生优先；
•	具有CQI，SCA等相关证书或者学习经历经验者优先
•	英语能力要求（核心能力）：优秀的英语听说读写能力是胜任本岗位的重要条件。作为一家国际化企业的一员，你将经常与来自不同国家和文化背景的同事、供应商及客户进行沟通与合作。候选人应能够适应全英文或以英语为主的工作环境，能够参与会议讨论、撰写专业商务邮件及文件，并与全球团队进行高效协作。；
•	具备较强的数学基础、逻辑思维及数据分析能力；
•	熟练使用 Microsoft Office 办公软件
•	具备良好的问题解决能力及学习能力；
•	工作积极主动，责任心强，具备良好的职业素养；
•	具备优秀的沟通能力及团队合作精神；
•	能够适应频繁出差及产季期间前往普洱工作；
•	对咖啡行业及国际贸易有浓厚兴趣，并愿意长期发展。
•	Bachelor's degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
•	Candidates with relevant certifications (such as CQI, SCA) or relevant educational background/experience are preferred.
•	English Language Requirement (Key Competency)
Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential for success in this role. As part of an international business, you will communicate regularly with colleagues, suppliers, and customers from different countries and cultures. Candidates should be comfortable working in a predominantly English-speaking environment, participating in meetings, preparing professional communications, and collaborating across global teams.
