Overview of job: You will be a partner with planning team and external media partners to drive solutions and overseeing the quality of work that gets delivered to the client. The Role Responsibilities: ？Sending booking instructions to Buying party. ？Preparing material requisition and delivering the materials to media vendors. ？Consolidating the spot plans and post buy reports within deadline to develop the delivery summaries reports. ？Filing all documents and materials of his/her assigned brands Required Criteria: ？Good command of English and Chinese ？Computer skills and knowledge of software applications ？Good attention to details and patience ？Business proficiency in English and Chinese.
