<p>&nbsp;招聘岗位介绍</p><p style="text-indent:32px;text-autospace:none;vertical-align:baseline;line-height:37px">为进一步加强高新区干部队伍建设，持续深化高新区体制机制改革，建立灵活选人用人方式，拓宽选人用人视野，现组织开展高新区管委会聘用制员工招聘工作。</p><p style="text-indent:32px;text-autospace:none;vertical-align:baseline;line-height:37px">一、招聘对象及条件</p><p style="text-indent:32px;text-autospace:none;vertical-align:baseline;line-height:37px">（一）招聘对象</p><p style="text-indent:32px;text-autospace:none;vertical-align:baseline;line-height:37px">本次计划招聘聘用制工作人员12名，招聘对象涵盖国内***高校或QS世界排名前200大学（2025版）研究生学历学位（学制***）的高校毕业生和社会精英人才。</p><p style="text-indent:32px;text-autospace:none;vertical-align:baseline;line-height:37px">（二）资格条件</p><p style="text-indent:32px;text-autospace:none;vertical-align:baseline;line-height:37px">1、2025年应届毕业生须于2025年7月31日前取得相关证书，博士于2025年12月31日前获得相应学位，届时未取得学历学位的取消聘用资格和录用资格，已签订劳动合同的，可单方面解除劳动关系。其他人员须于此次报名截止日前取得岗位要求的毕业证、学位证.</p><p style="text-indent:32px;text-autospace:none;vertical-align:baseline;line-height:37px">2、留学回国人员，须提供教育部中国留学服务中心出具的境外学历、学位认证证书。</p><p style="text-indent:32px;text-autospace:none;vertical-align:baseline;line-height:37px">3、学位为硕士及以上，年龄在35周岁以下，特别优秀者可放宽至40周岁。</p><p style="text-indent:32px;text-autospace:none;vertical-align:baseline;line-height:37px">4、具有中华人民共和国国籍，拥护中华人民共和国宪法，拥护中国共产党领导和社会主义制度。</p><p style="text-indent:32px;text-autospace:none;vertical-align:baseline;line-height:37px">5、遵纪守法，具有良好的政治素质和道德品行，未曾受过刑事处罚或被开除公职、开除党籍。</p><p style="text-indent:32px;text-autospace:none;vertical-align:baseline;line-height:37px">6、具有正常履行职责的身体条件和心理素质。</p><p style="text-indent:32px;text-autospace:none;vertical-align:baseline;line-height:37px">7、具备岗位所需的专业或技能条件。</p><p style="text-indent:32px;text-autospace:none;vertical-align:baseline;line-height:37px">8、与咸宁高新区管委会不存在回避冲突的人员以及无法律法规中关于竞业限制等不得聘用的其他情形。</p><p style="text-indent:32px;text-autospace:none;vertical-align:baseline;line-height:37px">二、招聘岗位介绍</p><p style="text-indent:32px;text-autospace:none;vertical-align:baseline;line-height:37px">（一）招聘岗位</p><p style="text-indent:32px;text-autospace:none;vertical-align:baseline;line-height:37px">岗位1：综合行政岗（此次招聘4人）</p><p style="text-indent:32px;text-autospace:none;vertical-align:baseline;line-height:37px">专业要求：专业不限</p><p style="text-indent:32px;text-autospace:none;vertical-align:baseline;line-height:37px">岗位2：经济运行、科技培育、招商引资、项目建设、企业服务等岗（此次招聘8人）</p><p style="text-indent:32px;text-autospace:none;vertical-align:baseline;line-height:37px">专业要求：02经济学 和 08工学 学科门类专业（按照2022年《研究生教育学科专业目录》分类）</p><p style="text-indent:32px;text-autospace:none;vertical-align:baseline;line-height:37px">以上岗位同步开放应届生及社会精英人士投递报名，但均需要满足专业、学校及学历条件。</p><p style="text-indent:32px;text-autospace:none;vertical-align:baseline;line-height:37px">（二）劳动关系</p><p style="text-indent:32px;text-autospace:none;vertical-align:baseline;line-height:37px">本次录用人员与湖北省咸宁高新区管委会签署聘用制劳动合同，按照《劳动法》及《劳动合同法》相关规定执行。聘用制员工日常工作内容与在编人员无异，表现优异者有晋升机会。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">&nbsp;</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap; text-indent: 32px; vertical-align: baseline; line-height: 37px;">（三）福利待遇</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap; text-indent: 32px; vertical-align: baseline; line-height: 37px;">本次招聘硕士及以上学历人员，根据管委会聘用制员工相关管理制度，在招聘流程全部结束后，根据笔面试综合成绩和个人资质条件对待录用人员进行差异化定岗定薪。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap; text-indent: 32px; vertical-align: baseline; line-height: 37px;">薪资构成：基本年薪（9.48W--12W）+绩效奖金（年薪*0.5-1.5倍）</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap; text-indent: 32px; vertical-align: baseline; line-height: 37px;">五险一金：依据国家相关法律法规，参照机关编制内人员相当比例缴纳</p>
