Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; internship experience in recruitment for internet/AI industry or algorithm-related roles is preferred; 2. Detail-oriented and rigorous work style, with a strong sense of responsibility; able to work independently and skilled in communication and coordination; 3. Interested in new technologies/AI, with strong execution and problem-solving skills; 4. Available to work at least 4 days per week, with a minimum internship duration of 4 months, and able to start promptly. 1、本科或硕士在读，有互联网/AI行业/算法方向的招聘实习经验者优先； 2、工作细致严谨，具备高度责任心，能够独立完成工作任务，擅长沟通和协调； 3、对新事物/AI感兴趣，具备较强执行力和解决问题的能力； 4、每周出勤4天及以上，实习期不少于4个月，能尽快到岗。
