Business Development & Client Acquisition
商务拓展与客户开发
· Identify and develop new business opportunities within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and emerging biopharma companies.
· 开拓全球生物技术企业、制药企业及创新药公司的合作机会。
· Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, strategic partners, investors, and industry stakeholders.
· 建立并维护与潜在客户、合作伙伴及行业资源方的长期合作关系。
· Generate qualified sales leads and expand the company’s business pipeline.
· 持续开发高质量客户资源，推动项目机会转化。
Technical & Commercial Communication
技术与商务沟通
· Understand client needs and coordinate internal technical teams to provide tailored CDMO solutions.
· 深入理解客户需求，协调内部技术团队制定定制化解决方案。
· Participate in technical discussions, proposal preparation, quotation development, and contract negotiations
· 参与技术交流、项目报价、商务方案制定及合同谈判。
· Act as a bridge between customers and internal scientific, manufacturing, and project management teams.
· 作为客户与研发、生产及项目管理团队之间的重要沟通桥梁。
Market Intelligence & Strategic Partnerships
市场分析与战略合作
· Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
· 跟踪全球生物药行业发展趋势及竞争格局。
· Represent the company at international conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
· 代表公司参加国际学术会议、行业展会及商务活动。
· Support strategic collaborations with biotech companies, academic institutions, and research organizations.
· 推动与高校、科研院所及创新药企业的战略合作。
Qualifications | 任职要求
Required Qualifications | 必备条件
· PhD degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.
· 生物技术、分子生物学、生物化学、生物工程、药学、生命科学等相关专业博士学历。
· Outstanding fresh PhD graduates are welcome to apply.

· Strong scientific understanding of biologics development and manufacturing.
· 具备扎实的生物药研发与生产相关知识基础。
· Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
· 具备优秀的英语听、说、读、写能力，可作为工作语言进行国际商务交流。
· Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· 具备优秀的表达能力、沟通能力及客户关系管理能力。
· Willingness to travel internationally.
· 能接受国际出差。
